Patches for xdg-utils

Dear xdg-utils maintainers,

I have a slew of patches, of my own and from Debian/Ubuntu, which I'd like
to help get into xdg-utils while they're still fresh in my mind.

Are any maintainers currently active and willing to help?

I've opened bugs 98496, 98497, 98498, 98509 and 98519 to address these.

for supporting Enlightenment and LXQt better, I have been meaning to
upstream it for a while (I thought I upstreamed the enlightenment part
over a year ago)
