Hi,

Are there how-to or further implementation documents regarding
systemd-resolved ? I'm trying to build an understanding of the local DNS
stub and how local applications can make use of it.

I'd like to correctly have it implemented on centos7 .

Please read the manual page (`man systemd-resolved`), and for further
question, I think the correct forum is the list systemd-devel [1][2].
